Happiness and Wellbeing Drop In

Mental Health Dance Workshop

Central Library, South Shields, 10:00am-12:00pm, Free Event

‘Hit the ground’ dance company is working on a project surrounding the stigma of men’s mental health and that still, men are taught not to show vulnerabilities. This workshop is looking to collaborate and work with people to gather their thoughts and experiences in order to deliver a piece of theatre that tackles and delivers with the rawness and sensitivity that is required in this subject matter.
